Whether you are managing a pre-suit practice or an active litigation docket, the decisions that shape the outcome of a case are made long before anyone walks into a courtroom, conference room, or arbitration panel. Case evaluation, damages strategy, deposition approach, demand positioning, mediation preparation, arbitration strategy, trial readiness — these decisions define every case, and making them well requires experience that takes years to develop.

Donegan Legal Solutions offers strategic coaching and mentorship for attorneys and legal teams at both pre-suit and litigation stages. The goal is not to tell you what to do — it is to help you think through your cases more deeply, understand your options more clearly, and develop the confidence that comes from having a knowledgeable and experienced perspective alongside your own.

Every engagement is a conversation, not a directive. We work through the facts, the issues, and the strategic considerations together — drawing on experience from both sides of personal injury practice to help you see your cases from every angle.   • Retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment, billed in advance. Hours do not roll over. Additional time is billed at $800.00 per hour.

    Up to 5 hours · within Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco Counties · real-time feedback + post-event debrief

  • Additional time beyond 5 hours for half-day or 10 hours for full day is billed at $800.00 per hour.
  • Travel charges apply outside Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties, billed at $400.00 per hour portal to portal. Please reach out for a quote on out-of-county and overnight travel engagements.

A phased, case-stage coaching program designed to guide associate attorneys through strategic decisions at the critical points in each litigation matter — from early case strategy through trial readiness. Each phase includes a strategy session and written strategic recommendations. Each phase may be purchased separately.

  1. Phase One

    Early Case Strategy

    Within 90 days of suit filing

    Up to 250 pages of combined materials reviewed

  2. Phase Two

    Mid-Litigation Case Review

    $5,000

    9–12 months from filing

    Up to 500 pages of combined materials reviewed

    • Motion practice strategy
    • Expert strategy
    • Mediation and arbitration positioning

  3. Phase Three

    Trial Readiness Evaluation

    $7,500

    12–15 months from filing, at least 90 days before discovery cut-off

    Up to 750 pages of combined materials reviewed

  • Additional review beyond page limits is billed at $500.00 per 250 pages. Optional follow-up hourly support is available at $800.00 per hour.

Presentation packages include recommendations tied directly to the presentation. Broader strategic recommendations — deposition strategy, demand positioning, motion practice, or expert selection — are available by pairing a presentation package with a coaching engagement.

What Is Not Included

  • Drafting or preparing pleadings, motions, or briefs
  • Creating demand packages or settlement presentations
  • Developing demonstratives, slides, videos, or exhibits
  • Serving as counsel of record or co-counsel
  • Direct communication with opposing counsel or clients

Litigation coaching services are advisory only. The engaging attorney retains full responsibility for all legal decisions and all filings.
