The most powerful element in your presentation is not always a slide. A well-produced video puts the witness in the room.

A well-produced video interview can do something that no document can: it puts the witness in the room. It lets an adjuster, a defense attorney, a mediator, or an arbitrator see and hear the treating physician explain in plain English what this injury means for the next forty years of someone's life, watch a family member describe what changed the day of the accident, and understand in a way that no written exhibit can convey what your damages figure is actually built on.

Donegan Legal Solutions produces structured litigation video packages designed for use in demand packages, mediation presentations, and arbitration proceedings. Every engagement begins with interview planning — selecting the right witnesses, developing the questions that draw out the most impactful testimony, and sequencing the interviews to build a coherent narrative that supports your case theme and strengthens your damages story.

The editing is litigation-focused: the goal is maximum impact for the proceeding you are preparing for, not cinematic production quality. All interviews are conducted via Zoom unless in-person production is specifically requested. Video packages can be integrated directly with any mediation or arbitration presentation package as a coordinated deliverable.

    • Outside standard package frameworks
  • Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Up to 30 minutes of raw footage per interview.
  • Cancellation within 72 business hours of a scheduled interview: $1,000 fee.
  • Travel charges apply for in-person interviews outside Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties, billed at $400.00 per hour portal to portal.
  • Client is responsible for securing witness participation and arranging any compensation directly. Witness compensation is not included in package pricing.
  • All video work product is demonstrative in nature and is designed for use in demand packages, mediation, and arbitration. Client is responsible for determining the appropriate use and admissibility of all video materials in any proceeding.

Video packages can be integrated directly with any mediation or arbitration presentation package as a coordinated deliverable.
